One of the benefits of Invisalign that our patients love most is that it is so convenient. A big part of that convenience is the fact that your clear aligners are removable – you can just take them out when you want to eat or drink something. That means that if you are wearing Invisalign and you wanted to go over to Starbucks and get a new latte, you can do that without having to worry about staining your aligners or the heat damaging them.
You want to make sure that you take your aligners out before you get to Starbucks though so that when you’re placing your order, you can actually start enjoying your latte right away. I recommend keeping one of your retainer cases either in your car, purse, or backpack so that before you get there, you can just take your aligners out and store them safely in your retainer case.
Now you can go into Starbucks and enjoy your latte and make it a great day. And when you’re done, don’t forget to rinse off your clear aligners before you put them back in your mouth. These are tips to help make it a better experience for you and enjoy Invisalign all the way.
